MSP® Practitioner

MSP® Practitioner course enables you to apply MSP® methodologies and manage programmes. This is the second level in the MSP® qualification. The purpose of the practitioner level is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the MSP guidance to act as an informed member of a programme management team. On successfully passing MSP® Practitioner exam, you will be able to progress towards Advanced Practitioner Certification.

Target Audience

The MSP® Practitioner course is aimed at anyone who wish to gain a project management practitioner qualification. This course is ideal for project managers, consultants, project team members, support staff, general managers etc.

In order to sit the MSP® Practitioner examination you must provide proof of having passed MSP® Foundation exam. A copy of your Foundation exam certificate is mandatory.

Exam Format

  • Objective testing
  • 8 questions - 10 question items per question, each worth one mark
  • 44 marks or more required to pass (out of 80 available) - 55%
  • Two-and-a-half hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
  • Open book exam (official MSP manual only).
